Billing Terms 

Payment is required upon check out we only accept the following forms of payment on our site:

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Credit/Debit Cards

    • Visa

    • Mastercard

    • Discover

    • American Express

  • E-Gift cards


Sales Tax

  • In accordance with state laws, ALJ Business & Notary Services does charge sales tax.


Refund Policy

  • We understand that sometimes there is buyer’s remorse; however, we do not offer refunds.

E-Gift Cards 

  • Gift Cards never expire and carry no fees.

  • Redeemable towards items store-wide at

  • Available for immediate delivery.

  • No returns and no refunds on Gift Cards.

  • Gift Cards can only be used to purchase eligible goods on


Return Policy 

  • We do not offer size or product exchanges due to health protection and hygiene reasons. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Package your return and ship to the return address displayed on your packing slip. Include a copy of our packing slip in your package.​

  • The return address on your packing slip should be used only for product returns. All other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) Should be addressed to ALJ Business & Notary Services, 504 Fair Street SW, Atlanta, GA 30313.


Damaged Items

  • If something arrives damaged, email a photo of the damaged goods to and we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Place your packing slip number in the subject field and be sure to include your name, a contact phone number, and your invoice number in the body of your email. Please contact us no later than 2 weeks after the delivery date.


Mailing Returns

  • Please contact us before returning any products. The refund request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a replacement will not be possible. ALJ Business & Notary Services reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion


Lost Packages

  • For packages lost in transit, please contact us no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date and we will ship a replacement order to you.

  • First, you will need to confirm that your shipping address was correct. It would also be good to get in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order. Keep in mind that if tracking information confirms that the order was delivered but you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your own expense by placing a new order.



Wrong Address 

  • If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). An invoice will be emailed to cover the cost of reshipment



Shipping Policy

  • Order fulfillment takes place 2 - 7 business days for apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeve tees, etc.).  


  • 2 - 5 business days for non-apparel products (backpacks, mugs, phone cases, etc.). Fulfillment for large orders may take longer than the 3 - 5 days average but will still be fulfilled within 7 days. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include courier delays.

  • 97.66% of Our Orders Are Shipped Within 5 Business Days. More Than 50% Of Our Orders Are Shipped Within 3 Business Days or Fewer.

  • Some of our products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability. The products we'll ship separately are:
